Refund Policy for Physical Items
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective physical item, you may contact us within 10 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact us at chieffomethod@gmail.com before sending any returns to receive return authorization and instructions.
Non-defective items and items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refund Policy for Coaching Services
All sales for services rendered are final. Once a service has been provided, no refunds will be issued.
